Pickled Mustard Greens

Ingredients
Mustard greens1-1/3 Lb (600g)
Salt6 Tbs

Instructions
1.Wash the mustard greens.
2.Sprinkle salt on every single leaf. Gently massage the leaves until the salt is completely dissolved. Place the mustard greens in a container; cover and store it in the fridge for at least 6 hours.
3.Rinse off the salt from the mustard greens the squeeze off the water.
4.Cut the mustard greens into small dices.

小芥菜1-1/3 磅 (600克)

做法
1.小芥菜沖洗乾淨。
2.將鹽均勻灑在每一葉,用手輕輕搓揉至鹽完全溶化後裝進盆裡。蓋上蓋子放在冰箱內醃漬至少6個小時。
3.取出醃好的芥菜,用水沖掉鹽份後擠乾。
4.將芥菜切成小粒即可使用。
